The Website is owned and operated by Neurony Solutions SRL ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered under the laws of Romania, CUI 37108517, J20/17002/2019/402.

This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you" or "your") and the Operator. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Website and Services.

2. About Recrutopia and Neurony Solutions

Recrutopia is a recruitment and workforce solutions brand operated by Neurony Solutions SRL. All services provided through the Website — including recruitment services, outsourcing solutions, and technology advisory — are delivered under the legal framework and corporate structure of Neurony Solutions SRL.

Any contractual relationship arising from the use of our Services will be between you and Neurony Solutions SRL, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

3. Website Use and Access

The Website is provided for informational and functional purposes related to our Services. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You shall not:

  • Use the Website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, spam, or similar solicitation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, its servers, or any connected databases
  • Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to collect data from the Website without prior written consent

4. Job Listings

The Website may display job listings for open positions at Recrutopia, Neurony Solutions, or our client organizations. These listings are provided for informational purposes and represent vacancies available at the time of publication.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of job listings, we do not guarantee that all listed positions are currently available, that the information in any listing is complete or up to date, or that applying to a listing will result in employment or further contact.

Job listings may be removed, modified, or updated at any time without prior notice. The presence of a listing does not constitute a binding offer of employment. Some job listings may relate to positions with our clients, in which case the final hiring decision rests solely with the respective client organization. Recrutopia acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee placement.

5. CV Submission and Candidate Data

The Website provides functionality for candidates to submit their curriculum vitae (CV), resume, or other professional information ("Candidate Data") either in response to a specific job listing or as a general application.

By submitting Candidate Data through the Website, you:

  • Confirm that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and up to date
  • Grant Recrutopia and Neurony Solutions SRL explicit consent to receive, process, store, and use your Candidate Data for the purpose of current and future recruitment activities
  • Acknowledge and agree that your Candidate Data will be stored in our internal recruitment database and may be retained for a period of up to 24 months from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion
  • Understand that your Candidate Data may be shared with our client organizations solely for the purpose of matching you with relevant employment opportunities
  • Accept that submission of Candidate Data does not guarantee that you will be contacted, interviewed, or offered a position

You may withdraw your consent and request deletion of your Candidate Data at any time by contacting us at contact@recrutopia.io. Upon receiving such a request, we will delete your data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Candidate Data does not contain information belonging to third parties without their consent, or any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout, is the property of Neurony Solutions SRL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The "Recrutopia" name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of Neurony Solutions SRL. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of the Operator or third-party trademarks.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use such as printing individual pages for reference.

7. Links to Other Resources

Although the Website may link to other resources (such as websites, mobile applications, etc.), we are not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any linked resource, unless specifically stated herein.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any businesses or individuals or the content of their resources. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services, and content of any other third parties. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neurony Solutions SRL, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Website, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the Website and Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website and Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.

Nothing in this Agreement limits your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence if mandated by applicable consumer protection legislation.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Acceptance of These Terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.
