We oversaw the acquisition and ongoing maintenance of all devices, ensuring they were sourced efficiently and maintained in optimal condition to support daily operations.

4. Performed headhunting, interviewing and contracting new team members

We successfully conducted headhunting efforts, meticulously interviewing potential candidates, and finalizing contracts for new team members. This involved not only identifying top talent but also ensuring a seamless onboarding process to integrate them into their dynamic team.

5. Started planning to move out of the current office as the growth mandates it

We have begun the process of planning the relocation from the current office space, as the rapid growth necessitates a larger and more accommodating environment. This move will allow them to better support their expanding team and enhance their operational capabilities. We are exploring various options to ensure that the new location aligns with their vision and meets the needs of their employees.
