We successfully conducted headhunting efforts, meticulously interviewing potential candidates, and finalizing contracts for new team members. This involved not only identifying top talent but also ensuring a seamless onboarding process to integrate them into their dynamic team.
5. Started planning to move out of the current office as the growth mandates it
We have begun the process of planning the relocation from the current office space, as the rapid growth necessitates a larger and more accommodating environment.
