Our client is a global construction technology company that uses artificial intelligence and computer vision to automate on-site progress tracking. Founded in Israel, the company grew from a small founding team to over 200 employees spanning three continents in just five years — all connected through the same vision: connection makes everything better, everyone stronger, and pushes the industry forward.
Their platform uses hardhat-mounted 360-degree cameras to capture every detail of a construction site. The data is then analyzed using AI models to transform visual information into accurate, actionable insights — helping construction teams reduce delays by up to 50% and unlock significant cost savings. The company works with some of the largest construction firms and project owners worldwide, across North America, the UK, and Europe.
THE CHALLENGE
As a rapidly scaling technology company with operations across multiple continents, our client recognized the need to establish a dedicated team in Romania. The goal was not simply to add headcount — it was to build a team of professional architects who could directly contribute to the company's core product development and construction management capabilities.
The challenge was multifaceted: entering a new market with no existing local presence, finding specialized talent in a competitive landscape, setting up operational infrastructure from scratch, and doing it all at the pace that a high-growth technology company demands. They needed a partner who could provide end-to-end support — from the first hire to a fully operational office — without slowing down their momentum.

1. BUILT THE TEAM FROM ZERO TO A FULLY OPERATIONAL UNIT
We started from scratch, recruiting and onboarding the first 10 team members before the Bucharest operation expanded further. Every hire was carefully selected to match the company's technical requirements and organizational culture — a team of professional architects powering the AI platform forward.
2. SET UP AN OFFICE SPACE WITH CAPACITY FOR 30 TEAM MEMBERS
We designed and established a modern office environment in central Bucharest, complete with collaboration areas for team meetings and brainstorming, dedicated workstations for focused development work, and expandable zones to support continued growth. The space was set up through our incubation model — a versatile environment that provides emerging teams with all the essential elements for their journey from concept to scale.
3. MANAGED THE ACQUISITION AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT
We oversaw the full procurement cycle for all equipment utilized by the team, ensuring that each device was acquired efficiently and maintained in optimal working condition. From laptops and monitors to networking infrastructure, every operational detail was handled so the team could focus entirely on their work.
4. PERFORMED HEADHUNTING, INTERVIEWING AND CONTRACTING NEW TEAM MEMBERS
We conducted targeted headhunting efforts across the Romanian talent market, meticulously interviewing potential candidates and finalizing contracts for new team members. This involved identifying top-tier architects and technical professionals, running structured assessment processes, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience to integrate each new hire into the company's dynamic global team.
